Lovely central spot for all the tourist sites. The breakfast was top notch. Be aware that when it's hot there is no A/C and the street noise is loud into the late evening.

Small hotel in the cent of cologne near the shopping precinct, and the cathedral. The hotel rooms were basic but clean and tidy. The breakfast was basic with only scrambled egg and German sausage, but did have fresh peppers and tomatoes with the normal selection of meat and cheese. Generally recommend but only fair.

Excellent little hotel, very close to the Cologne Cathedral, and with many shops ans restaurants around. Area is actually quiet at night. Love that you can hear the Cathedral bells from the balcony of the room.

Amazing location! Everything is within walking distance — the Cologne Cathedral, the train station, Christmas markets, shopping streets, and tons of great food. The room is small, but very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay again

Awesome hotel. Great location

A very nice hotel. Warm welcome. Smart clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious... Highly recommended for a stay in Cologne City Centre. I will choose this hotel for all visits to Cologne.

Great hotel that was so central I couldn’t believe it! Brilliant for just walking straight out to the shops or somewhere to eat. But it was still quiet at night. Comfy beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very much in the heart of Cologne. We enjoyed having to walk around the area as there are many shopping places to go to. The amenities were great. Everything was clean and updated. Staff were amazing! All were helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel!

The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. We selected a room for 3 which apparently meant a cot was rolled in. We also visited during a heat wave and the hotel does not have AC. It was extremely hot in our room. The window faces exhaust fans which was making the room hotter than outside. We barely got any sleep. One small weak fan was placed in our room that didn’t do much. We also were told that breakfast was included at check in but in the morning was told that it was not.

Located in a central and convenient area of Cologne close to restaurants and shopping options. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. We needed to store our bags when we checked out. They didn't really have a proper secure place to do so.

Would stay again

Central location, comfortable and a free breakfast. Would have appreciated some vegan options for breakfast. Noise can be heard from the street but this quietened down overnight on the Monday. There was an issue with the new fire alarm system on the Tuesday morning but this was resolved after it happened a few times. Would recommend this affordable hotel if not looking for anything extremely special.

The manager was a welcoming and friendly character who wore a smile every time we saw him. The room was clean and well lit. There were a few negatives to our stay, such as a bad smell on arrival but that cleared after we aired out the room, the radiator needed bleeding but it still kept the room warm, most frustrating is there was no access to an iron. Despite the negatives, this hotel ticked every single box for us - although we are not too fussy. The service, location, and hotel in general was perfect for us and I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again.
