Clean modern room, very comfortable. Located on a busy road - junction however no noise inside, a quiet stay. Staff are super helpful and friendly when needed. A short walk from shops and main city centre. A great stay and would highly recommend

Tolles, sauberes Hotel in einer top Lage man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen und ist alternativ schnell an der S-Bahn. Der Check-In ohne Rezeption hat super funktioniert. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

We loved our stay here. Unique hostel style hotel with a private bathroom and bunks. Super easy virtual check in and virtual keys so we could unlock everything with our phones. My biggest complaint was there was no shampoo or conditioner on site so we had to run to the store to buy some

This hotel is very close to one of the tram stations. You could walk to the main station as well. The hotel was clean and the rooms were sufficiently large enough.

Really liked how it was self service, very easy, beautiful rooms felt so fancy. We had a small issue with our TV, emailed the help desk at 10.30pm and by 10.35 we had a staff member there helping us. Incredible.

部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせました。電気ケトルは貸出サービスでスタッフが迅速に対応してくれました。一つだけ、シャワールームがガラス張りでベッドから中が見えてしまいます。カップルならいいのでしょうが、家族や友人同士だと気を使います。

Wat een super fijn hotel! Als je alle mails volgt met inchecken dan gaat het super makkelijk. Ik heb een parkeerplaats naast het hotel geregeld. Helemaal fijn. Hotel is op loopafstand van de stad (circa 15 minuten). Hele fijne bedden, fijn kussen, ruime kamer, nette en grote badkamer. Overtrof mijn verwachtingen!

Dreckige Toilette, vergelbte Dusche, Hausmilbem die Ausschlag verursachen im Bett, mehrere kaputte Möbel - Insgesamt sehr dreckig und auf jeden Fall renovierbedürftig!! Und der Höhepunkt - unfreundlicher Umgang von Mitarbeitern. Mit dem Hotelmanagement konnte man nicht reden.

Nice room! Good AC for summer - comfy bed. I’m not a huge fan of not having a self checkout as you get a code to enter the hotel but once I found it in my junk mail box it was fine

Liked the location, clean and tidy, air conditioning worked well. Large bathroom. Maybe needs a table/shelf in the room. Nice touch with the self service breakfast at a reduced cost.

Die Einrichtung des gesamten Hotels (Lobby und Zimmer) ist superschön und modern, mit viel Beton, tollen Einrichtigungsgegenständen, modernem Farbkonzept. An einem Tag gab es Begrüßung-Kölsch in der Lobby, das war sehr nett, genauso wie die Angestellten – vom Housekeeping bis zum Café. Leider sind die Zimmer trotz der schönen Einrichtung schon etwas runtergerockt. Die Wände waren schmuddelig, sogar in der Dusche, manche Stellen waren staubig, die Fenster dreckig, in einer Schublade haben wir ein zusammengeknülltes altes Laken gefunden. Die Betten hingegen waren tadellos sauber. Die Lage war super, fußläufig zur Altstadt und sehr nah am ÖPNV Poststraße und Severinstraße.

Mycket bra för enbart en natt, men fler nätter kan bli en aning mycket. Ganska dåligt skick på allting överlag, men det funkade och sängarna var bekväma. Städning skedde både innan och efter vi använt rummet.

KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!! Haben 4 Nächte gebucht und nichtmal die erste Nacht ausgehalten. Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette waren braun. Stühle waren am schimmeln und das Bett war voll mit Milben (bemerkbar an dem Ausschlag von meiner Milbenallergie) ich musste dementsprechend die Nacht im Auto übernachten. Auf Beschwerde ob wir unser Geld zurückbekommen, da wir direkt nach der ersten Nacht ein anderes Hotel gebucht haben, wurden wir von der Managerin in einem aggressiven Ton fertig gemacht und gefragt warum wir uns denn über sowas beschweren..
