This charge was not mentioned during booking or on the website, and I hadn’t encountered such fees elsewhere. When I inquired, the hotel stated it was their policy, and the booking platform confirmed they couldn’t address it. The lack of transparency was frustrating, especially after a long trip. While I visit Bogotá frequently, this experience has made me reconsider staying at this hotel again. I may also explore other booking options in the future. "
