"Great downtown location "

"The person at the front desk was alone and could have used some help, resulting in a very delayed check-in. That was after my husband waited about 20 minutes to pull into the valet area. The valet could have used some help. Had hoped for housekeeping on day 2 of four. Housekeeping was a no show so we got the front desk to bring us towels and we put the do not disturb sign onto the door."

"Hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance to everything. Contemplated between river street and historic district and was very happy with our decision to stay in historic district as it was much quieter, better restaurants and shopping and 10 minute walk to River street so best of both worlds. Hotel staff was amazing arranged everything we needed including transportation and entertainment. Allowed early check in and late check out. Staff was so friendly greeting us everyday like we were family. Hotel room was clean and comfortable and serviced daily which was a major plus and pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend and stay here again. "

"Staff very unprofessional hotel was old and room had paint spots on floor. Bathroom had water damage on the trim and shower did not have a shelf to hold soap or body wash. Water was cold never got hot. Patched up paint on walls and lighting was very dim. Refrigerator does not get cold, key card did not workproperly, the property had a quinceañera party and their was limited parking. Hotel did not inform guess of a party going on. Just a horrible stay and experience. Will not recommend this Rat nest of a hotel to anyone. Please go somewhere else where you are comfortable and welcome. "

"For such a high-end property, there were a few things we weren't happy about. No real restaurant. No kleenex in the bathroom. No room service. We didn't get a coupon that others got for breakfast. "

"Great property located right off the interstate. The hotel was completely booked but never felt like it was top crowded other than being able to use the hot tub because of the amount of children who wanted to enjoy it instead of the pool. Breakfast was good and the cocktail hour was good as well. Will definitely consider Drury the next time I travel. "

"Beautiful rooftop views. Beautiful hotel. Nice room, clean, comfortable. Was expecting more amenities for the price. Conditioner in shower was empty."
