“The front desk is racist. He directly told us I don’t like your face, get out of here. He said that to me in front of my little kid. He asked us to get out of the hotel at 3am, and we even have a fully paid room for 2 nights. It’s a traumatic experience for my son. After I beg since it’s 3am and I have my little one with me, he gave us a room but the AC is not working at all. During our whole stay. I did ask them to change our room, but they refused. Worst ever.”

“Hotel staff were very nice. Rooms and lobby area were clean. Pool is tiny, and the hot tub was not working and not in any kind of clean condition which sucks and we were not notified ahead of time. Fitness room TINY. Coffee was out at 6:30AM, so not helpful when that is the first thing you come down for in the morning, but staff did quickly fix the issue. Lots of choices for breakfast.”
