"There was a few spot stains on my bed, but I know the sheet is clean because I went downstairs front desk spoken Marty about it. He did apologize and ask to have someone change my sheet, I said it’s okay just need a cover sheet to cover it so it’s fine. Breakfast is simple and easy like grab and go style. The room even have kitchen build its very convenient to stay longer too bad I only stay for one night. Parking is a lot of spaces."

"We stayed in one of the lodges. Standard hotel room. Comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. There is no TV in the rooms in keeping with the Navigators philosophy of quiet and peacefulness . Didn't bother us, we had books to read. Beautiful surroundings that back up to the Garden of the Gods. We saw bighorn sheep and mule deer on the lovely grounds. Included breakfast was served in the castle. A tremendous buffet spread. We ate on the terrace and it was so nice. Their staff was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. We were sorry we were only there one night and didn't have a chance to do a castle tour or walk on the 8 miles of trails. We will definitely stay there again if we get back to Colorado."

"The amenities are great. There is just an upcharge for everything. It was a bit much for us since we paid a lot for our room already. We did get an upgrade for an additional $10 a night. $40 each day to participate in the activities but if you book certain things they charge even more. The bathroom could have used some updating. Food was super expensive. $30 each for breakfast is steep. $30 to park. We owed over $200 by the time we left. We did charge drinks and snacks to our room which we expected but sheesh! I think i will stick to a Holiday Inn next time."

"For the most part staff was very nice with the exception of the restaurant staff. I misunderstood the hours for breakfast and when we got to the restaurant it was 9:05 . The woman in charge went out of her way to be rude. I asked if we could at least get some food for our baby ( there was lots of food that was probably going to the trash but she made sure she let us know we couldn't eat or drink because the restaurant just closed. The Reason for our stay was because we were displaced from our home due to fires in our town."
