From the moment I pulled in, I knew I was in for a special stay. Arriving just after 9:15 PM, I was greeted by Dennisā€”and even a couple of deer standing nearbyā€”which immediately set the tone for a memorable experience. True hospitality can be hard to find, but Dennis and Janet made me feel right at home. Between Janetā€™s delicious snickerdoodle cookies and the genuine warmth of their welcome, it felt more like visiting family than checking into a rental. I was traveling alone and spent most of my stay working, so having such a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day was greatly appreciated. The hot shower, relaxing bath, and incredibly comfortable bed were exactly what I needed after long workdays. The farmhouse itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and blends country charm with modern farmhouse style. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to recharge and enjoy the surroundings. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with exceptional hosts. Everything about this visit was top rate! The B&B was clean, comfortable, (even has a theatre room!) and welcoming. The views from the patio are great in the morning and at night. You can sip your wine around the fire table and watch the sun set over the mountains. Dennis and Janet are warm and pay attention to every detail to make your stay remarkable!

Dennis and Janet were extremely gracious, the facilities are spotless, and the breakfasts were delicious. They were also very helpful with local information (before and during our stay). This made our time here stress free. The scenery here is amazing both in the morning and at sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire table and the hummingbirds provided endless entertainment. The view from the home of Pikes Peak is just stunning. This is a wonderful B&B.

Peak Valley Manor - Relaxing!

What a wonderful place with such gracious hosts! Dennis and Janet went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location is a tranquil meadow away from the buzz of the city. Our stay was three nights and we were greeted each morning with a delicious breakfast customed made to meet our tastes and needs. Our favorites were the ham, egg, and cheese breakfast croissant and the fresh and flaky apple turnovers. Mmmm! The unit has it's own movie theater where you can recline, relax and enjoy a good movie (we watched The Intern). I loved rising early, brewing myself a cup of coffee, stepping out on the patio and enjoying the view next to a babbling brook. There are horses next door to watch and we even saw deer.

Beautiful view of Pikes Peak, surrounded by lovely homes and greeted by Dennis and Janet which are some of the best people you will ever meet. We loved our experience at Peak Valley Manor! The lodging was exquisite and offered so many amenities that made our stay both relaxing and fun, like an actual theater room! The view from outside is breathtaking - you have a completely unobstructed view of Pikeā€™s Peak and the rest of the range. Janet and Dennis were so accommodating and gracious. The owners were so courteous and provided all check in information prior to arrival. They then confirmed the time of arrival on the day of check in so they could be there to greet us. Janet and Dennis (the owners) were very friendly and assisted us with our luggage and gave us a tour of where we would be staying. They pay a lot of attention to detail, which is apparent in so many ways - like the gift bag on the bed, complimentary bottled water, access to a Keurig whenever you would like coffee, freshly baked cookies and snacks, all in addition to a beautiful breakfast the next morning arranged very nicely was delicious, too! It's the little things that matter - like when they offered to take photos of me and my daughter before we left on the property, too. We felt like we were staying with family. The rooms are professionally decorated and super clean. Wifi and Firestick access are great, and there is even a movie room! We loved watching the horses in the pasture outside and the views of the neighboring properties and mountains are beautiful. The b&b is located in a quiet and peaceful area. It's great for relaxation. We will definitely visit again.

This was an AMAZING place to stay. The location was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! Beautiful place!! So much room! We had a nice bedroom and beautiful bath, a study, a living room, dining room and kitchen. A coffee bar and full media Room with big screen and reclining chairs!! Outdoor area had pond and waterfall. Outdoor seating with a fire table and separate fire pit!! Also beautiful view of pikes peak. The breakfasts were amazing and Dennis and Janet were so sweet!! My First Perfect Review

I'm a hard man to please. Typically, I can find a fault in almost any place I've stayed, and I've stayed in some swanky places before. But this will be my first perfect review. And its all because of Janet and Dennis. Starting off, Dennis gave me and my wife a full tour of the suite, and showed in detail how to use all of the fantastic amenities. Janet came down and gave us fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and kettle corn for the home theater. In everything they did for us Janet and Dennis put in the utmost of care, and its easy to tell that they care about what they do and want to make sure your stay is wonderful as can be. The suite's cleanliness and comfort was above reproach, and my wife and I felt right at home. The next morning, Janet served her delicious french toast cobbler, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very accomodating to our dietary needs, and she's an excellent cook! Dennis was there helping her and providing us with helpful information on the surrounding Colorado Springs area. And then they let us have our privacy. In the evenings after tiring days of adventuring, we took advantage of the home theater, which was, like everything else, excellent, and watched a few movies. But the real standout was the backyard patio. Sitting outside next to the fire pit with a mug of coffee and looking out over the valley and to the mountain ranges was sublime. But it's really Janet and Dennis's warm welcome that really makes this place shine.
