I have traveled to 14 states and 10 different countries. I will tell you this Marriott is on my top 3 best hotel. From the views to the food to the rooms. We had 4 kiddos with us. We got 2 queen bed and nice pullout couch. The bathroom was top tier. I recommend 10/10

The room was a normal room for Springhill Suites but we were on the 3rd floor. Being downtown, you could hear all of the people that were out late until all hours as we were facing the street. I would suggest requesting a higher floor. We did not have a car but there is a $21/day charge for the parking garage. The breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel room itself was clean overall. However, there was an issue with the shower in Room 439. I understand that this room is designed as an accessible room, but the water drainage was very poor. After showering, water would remain on the bathroom floor, and the shower area was flooded throughout our stay. One night, I had to wash my feet after using the bathroom because the floor was still wet. I reported this issue to the front desk, and they told me they were already aware of the problem. Nevertheless, this is something that clearly needs improvement.

Hotel was clean and very well kept! The room was more than what we expected, will consider staying here again. The front desk lady was not very informative when I checked in. I was listening to what the other employee was telling another customer. We missed breakfast both days because we didn’t know the times.
