Staff was very attentive & friendly. The continental breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable, but bathroom was very small. No bath soap was provided by the hotel, which we thought was odd. Property is nice even though it’s a bit dated. Pool area is well kept. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Property is within walking distance to many attractions along the waterfront and a Trader Joe’s is a block away if you want to buy snacks & beverages for your stay.

I passed through on this trip, but live near there and have been many times. It is an authentic 1850s buildings. Good historical information. El Jardin Mexican restaurant is great. Fallon Theater has excellent plays. Interesting souvenir shops and gold panning.
