"The hotel was fine, but that's not why I'm writing this review. The hotel was full, due to a nearby wildfire and the influx of firefighters to help out. When we got to the room in the late afternoon, it appeared to have been cleaned but the beds hadn't been made. A maintenance man was in the hallway and we mentioned it to him. Long story short, the maid had left unexpectedly, but the maintenance man and the front desk clerk dropped what they were doing and made up the beds. Outstanding customer service, thank you!"

"It is a brand new hotel and very nicely appointed. The pool area is really nice. We had dinner at Wahlburgers and it was very tasty and affordable. Morning coffee and snacks at Trailblazers was also yummy and reasonably priced."

"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Travelodge Aug 6-8.we were checked in by the young man Michael Jackson and I must say he was the greatest! We were totally unaware of the Gann fire just a few miles away and he let us know of all the information we needed all the while checking in First Responders and a Family who had just lost their home to the fire.After getting to the room I couldn’t turn on the TV my wife thought operator error but a call to the front desk brought Michael in just a few minutes and replaced a part on the receiver and back in business!He was also spot on for food recommendations. We will definitely be back for future concerts at Ironstone! Great rooms great pool Awesome Staff!!!!!"
