"Very outdated. Our room was not clean. Old French fries near the bed. Bathroom very unsanitary and only appeared to have been somewhat wiped down. The staff seemed very helpful in checking in and courteous but the cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. "

"Checked in and the initial room we were assigned was not cleaned. The room we were reassigned to, had empty soap containers and the air conditioning was abnormally loud. We tried to get soap refilled but front desk staff was unable to get to it and house keeping told us to go to the desk. Left the sign off the door for room service, did not receive service. We have stayed here before, it just seems like the hotel is going downhill."

"Staff was amazing! Housekeeping team even worked on the weekends. Very comfortable for my two week stay. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. "
