"Great staff & premises! Worst breakfast with good choices but cold food; no microwave. Terrible tasting, lukewarm coffee & no honey. Neither of us could take more than a sip or two before pitching out."

"Parking was easy. Staff was extremely polite and provided excellent customer service. Breakfast options were limited, more like a continental. The yogurt they served was yummy. Plenty of eatery options near by. Would stay again."

"Intended for long term stays, not overnight. Had to check in through a video kiosk even though there was someone at the desk - and it took a LONG time. It took four tries to get through the entrance fast enough before it locked again. Amenities were on mini bottle of shampoo - that was it. Bed was made badly, with blanket and top sheet so askew that they had one corner on the floor. Wi-fi secure codes didn’t work, and unsecured was slow. Clean, decent sized - but I won’t stay again."

"There wasn’t enough breakfast to feed everyone. Everyone was complaining. The pool was working but closed and when the staff was asked they said it was because management wasn’t there until Tuesday to ask if they could open it. This was the main reason we booked was do an indoor pool and breakfast. "

"The room were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen in the room was fully equiped and the location of the hotel was idea. It was close to plenty of resturants and retail stores and the mall. The one small draw back is the static electricity, i recieved from my clean bedding. I recommend the hotel use either fabric softener and or dryer sheets to eliminate the static in the bedding. I saw sparks every time i moved in the bed and I got popped real good when I touched the door handle, in the middle of the night to use the restroom. Other than that, I had a good stay."
