My friends and I arrived, we originally had a room with 3 beds, it was so hot in that room, we told the night clerk, all he originally offered was a FAN!, we were moved to a room with 2 beds and a/c worked. Never going back to this hotel again!

Horrible. Loud freeway noise. Trash and old furniture was strewn across the entire area. The room was dark dreary old and very very funky. The blanket was like plastic...I was just horrified. Felt scared too....I usually don’t leave negative remarks like this but I felt I had to.
The room was very disappointing. Not clean or nice. The room had a pine o pine smell (yuk) and a massage bed machine next to the bed. You had to put a quarter in it. It felt like a dirty hotel in a movie where they take escorts to. We asked for a kitchenette and there was only a small fridge and microwave (not what the picture online looked like). Baseboards were gross and broken. Shower was icky. You could not even get into the lobby either. There were glass doors looking into the lobby and it was dirty with stuff all over. Will never stay again.
This place looks good on the Hotels.com website but looks were definitely deceiving. The pool had no water. One of the main reasons we chose this place was based on it advertising it had a pool. The room looked 1970s. The bathtub was coming apart from the wall and the ice machine was broken. It was 102 outside and we could not get ice.
Terrible, Toilet seat broke, toilet paper dispenser broke, A/C bad, bathroom dirty. Killed a big spider. We packed up and left within 15 minutes. The owner offered another room. We left.

Smithville sleepover
Checked in at 1 PM (really) during my stay I watched some HBO in the AC. I tossed some drinks in the mini fridge, heated snacks in the microwave, took a hot shower, used the hair dryer, ironed my shirt, sipped some complimentary coffee grabbed a sub from the Subway next door. The place is a little dated but I charged my phone with the USB jacks throughout the room and took advantage of the free WiFi. The bed was comfy and parking was plentiful.
The seal on the side of the door and the bottom of the door was missing or damaged, therefore it let in icy wind from the coldfront into my room. I had to set the heat at 80 degrees and use the two blankets I happened to pack to stay warm overnight. There was also no continental breakfast as advertived on the buildings sign post. I doubt I will return.
Great service and in a good neighborhood. I enjoyed my 3 day stay and will definitely be staying there when in the area again.

Older property, but was convenient to where I was needing to be. Ice machine was out of order. The beds were more comfortable than I thought they would be. Everything was clean, just old.
Pool empty, no breakfast. Clean, cheap. Despite somewhat run down, felt safe. Others here were workers and famlies.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Needs updating the rooms, furniture is old and the ice machine doesn’t work and no paperwork showing how to program the television. No BIBLE !!! In other words stop being cheap and invest some of the money that you’re holding and make the place better.
For the price I guess you get what you pay for. Rooms were not clean, bed comforter had burnt holes in it. Fridge was rusty & had odor. Bed was not comfortable at all. Was way to soft. Drawers in dresser wasn't clean, had all kinds of crude in it. I did not enjoy this stay at all. While I was there felt so dirty like couldn't wait to get home & take a hot shower.
It's a no frills motel. For the price paid it was in good condition. Not the fanciest sheets and comforter, but not uncomfortable. TV had no remote, but I've got legs.
Didn't try the continental breakfast (lobby was covid closed).
We didn’t stay. Hotel was dirty and had a sketchy feel. Couldn’t understand the clerk. He me to give him my PIN number. Wanted a $100 deposit on the room. We chose to leave.
The picture showed a kitchenet with a cooktop. I only had a mini fridge and a microwave. No cooktop! I was hoping to do my French press coffee in the morning. Everything else was great!
