"Poor maintenance..no hot water...dead trees all around...less than ten feet from the trailer .."

"Check in took forever. Room was dirty (smears on bathroom walls, giant ant in room, stains on sheets of one of the beds. Entire hotel is worn. One elevator that runs VERY slowly. Would not recommend this hotel and SHOCKED that it's ratings are as good as they are."

"Everything sucked, staff was beating on door exactly at time of check out, I told them there is a late fee for a reason and that I would be paying late fee and to stop beating on door especially when they already have my money. They proceeded to beat on door 3 more times in the next 30 minutes. Finally after getting to lobby to check out, the lazy man at the register was turned facing the back wall on Facebook and ignored us for 5 minutes until i had to shout “hey man can you get off Facebook and help us, we just gotta check out” he turned nodded then went right back to Facebook. There is so much more I could say about overall experience but this alone is enough to let you know they don’t clean or do anything else right. The pictures of my stained sheet on a freshly made bed are enough proof of that. Basically never go here lol"

"Everything was clean in the room except under the couch cushion it needed vacuum but rather than that it was good. The air and heat were great and staff were nice so it was a good experience for the price"

"The exercise room has a great weight set but limited ( due to not working) stepper and treadmill. But overall good!"

"Overall the stay was okay. Checking in and paying cash was a problem for the night manager, he was extremely rude and not welcoming. Bed was terrible, but room was spotless. Extremely clean, the rest of the staff over the next few days were good. Talked with the marketing manager and the GM about our issues with the night manager, they went above and beyond to try to make up for it. (We stayed there to meet someone to purchase a puppy. The hotel ended up mailing us a toy basket for our new pup after explaining what happened) Overall would I recommend this hotel? Yeah probably. They said the night manager will be addressed, cash is accepted. Weekend breakfasts were great!"

"I can’t sing their praises high enough!! Outstanding room, very clean, very neat and tidy. Awesome breakfast every morning! My son didnt want to leave!! I am sure we’ll be back!!"
