“Very nice and quiet place, away from the noise and crowds but close enough to the main attractions. I am very pleased with the hospitality, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our kid was sick during our trip and they accommodated us with all of our needs to make sure we could make the most out of our visit ”

“Gostamos muito do hotel, não fica no centro mas tem restaurantes ótimos por perto e o que fica no próprio hotel é ótimo. O nosso quarto era muito bom e se não tivesse o carpete seria perfeito. Apesar de falarem muito nos comentários do barulho do elevador, ouvimos pouco e só depois das 8 da manhã, não nos incomodou. ”

“Great location within walking distance of the landmarks. But what stood out was their front desk staff! Second to none. My husband had a leg injury and they called 911 for assistance and maintained availability of ice at any time to serve our needs. Would stay there again. ”

“Lovely hotel in great location. Recepton staff very good. Breakfast staff chatted amonst themselves all morning. Spa area is really poorly designed. Walk through the pool area and downstairs with dirty shoes to a tiny "changing room" which is a few showers and toilets with a stool outside. And door opens directly on to reception area so no privacy for changing. Swimmers also drip down the stairs so an accident waiting to happen!! Some gym equipment broken. And the gym and pool don't open until...
