"Long lines for breakfast omelettes and social hour were not pleasant. I just went to bar to get my drinks. Room key did not work most of the time. When I checked out on Tuesday I could not get a balance of my stay Sept 6-8th for some reason. I still need to know my charges after my reunion 9/4-9/6. All staff were courtesous and helpful."

"Very family friendly, clean and baby-friendly rooms (not a lot of clutter). My daughter got a room with their 9 month old. We got a room with our 3 month old. Upon check-in, they offered us cribs, but we didn't need them because we co-sleep. The restaurant had the most comfortable high chair! We're going to buy one now! The best part: we didn't have to take an Uber from the airport. As everyone knows, babies HATE car seats! We simply wore our babies in their slings and took the Air Trian to the hotel. That is the #1 reason we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt."

I will stay again on other visits."
