“Pros- very helpful staff, excellent location, clean rooms. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest. Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers. Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing.”

Posizione ottima in pieno centro a pochi passi dal lago e a cinque minuti a piedi da un ampio parcheggio coperto. Ottima anche l’accoglienza e il check in, abbiamo tardato rispetto all’ora di arrivo prevista e sono stati molto gentili nell’attenderci. Consigliamo vivamente.”

“입구를 찾기가 다소어렵긴했지만, 그것만 빼고는 코모에서 괜찮은 위치였어요. 기차역과 강가 중간정도로 다니기 편리해요. 시설도 깔끔하고, 무엇보다도 호스트가 너무 친절합니다. 프런트 데스크는 없다고 하는데 방사이 복도에 호스트가 있고 필요시 전화하면 연락되요~ 숙소시설도 깔끔하고 쾌적합니다. ”

“공용 주방에 파스타를 해먹을 수 있는 모든 재료들이 구비되어있었습니다. 파스타와 소스, 양파와 마늘, 토마토, 향신료, 심지어 허브도 재배되고 있었습니다. 스탭분들은 매우 친절했고 호스텔 전반이 잘 관리되고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 코모호수를 둘러볼 정보도 충분히 제공되어 코모에 머무르는 동안 도움을 많이 받았습니다. 그리고 바로 옆에 대형마트도 있었고, 교통시설을 이용하기에도 접근성이 매우 좋았습니다. 물론 도보로 신전과 코모호수 수변, 시내도 둘러보기에 좋았어요. ”

“Det var meget roligt, nærværende og afslappende. Der var plads til at være sig selv. Personalet var meget søde, behagelige, hjælpsomme og obs. på om man manglede noget. De spurgte om de skulle komme med anbefalinger til spisesteder og parkeringsmuligheder i Como og udenfor byen, som var en stor hjælp! Hvis man vil kan de også stå for ordning af bådture eller andre dagsture som kunne have relevans. Alt i alt, et fantastisk ophold med en lækker udsigt ”

“The room was clean, the view is great from the little balcony. Extremely spacious, located 3 min walking from restaurants. The Como Lago train m station is 1 min walking. The A/C worked perfectly. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back. Communication with staff was not that great. They send me the instructions to check in the same day.”
