"The room was spacious & clean with thick, soft, high quality towels and soft Ben linens. The bed was a little on the firmer side of my preference, but I slept comfortably and well. I absolutely loved their breakfast arrangement too. They made a fresh & delicious spread each morning. It opens at 7:30am but the staff offered to open at 7am our last morning there so I could get my early train to Milan. What gracious hosts they are. We loved the hotel and look forward to returning some day!"

"We had a lovely stay at this little boutique hotel. Easy access to train station, great breakfast, and we were quite surprised and very appreciative of early check-in and a little personalized note with cookies in our room! I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The Palace Hotel, although pricey, was worth it for location, breakfast that was included daily and the Patio Garden restaurant was excellent! The ferry doc and ticket booth were right across the street which made it easy to use the ferry to get around the lake. The staff was excellent and helping make dinner reservations, suggest nearby restaurants to try, book our private boat tour, and also booked a private transfer for us back to Milan. We were extremely impressed when a Maserati arrived for a private transfer. The room was awesome even though we did not have a view of the lake, that did not bother us since we were only using it to sleep. They advertise the room as having a double bed, the to our surprise. It was a king-size bed! Would definitely stay here again"

"Great hotel with a large rooftop terrace and medium pool & pool bar. A 20min reasonably flat walk down to the lake. A Ramen, Sushi & supermarket close by. Good breakfast.. nothing fancy but everything you want for a continental breakfast. Lovely breakfast room. Staff at reception very helpful."

"Very convenient to all the key sightseeing places, walking distance to the lake to book ferries to Bellagio, Verana, restaurants, shopping, railway station, bus station. Staff went out if their way to help with any queries, places to eat, visit etc, breakfast was arranged at another restaurant walking distance to the hotel. The rooms were ok very dark, small bathroom but lively hot shower, All rooms needed updating but very convenient to everything."
