Let's just say the property is full of mold and mildew. The staff was rud there was piss on walls and blood. People where smoking dope snd walking halls all night long. I couldn't believe the nerve of these people, they had zero care for themselves let alone the property. The place was like art collection on the wall's a mosaic of spem and god knows what else.lThe staff made up regulations and promised to switch rooms that they would happen immediately , hours go by and they then tell me they need authorization from management. But that wouldn't be till Monday.. suzan then jus got back behind her Desk chair with a additude. I then went to hospital on the 7th at 3am due to the morbid filthy meth den then Called a hotel. I got a infection because of the mold and bacterial amount on everything. The staff was incompetent and rude and I had the conditions of room on video!!! It was Evan worse to try and get my money back, like the property staff looked an smelled like they where high, let alone had a iq of a rock. To top it all off the management was not tryin to give me my money back or anything. The property staff and management have driven the property to the ground. There was hair on the bed sheets a couple used condoms in the bedside table. The bed looked like someone had a wwe royal rumble death match on it. All an all to getting my money back took over too hours. There was a supervisor at Expedia that made things a little better named Iris B, she was a great help
