โStaff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. Rooms were clean and views of the mountains wonderful, peaceful and beautiful. Pool area always clean. Restaurant was excellent, good choice of food...
โExtremely well kept hotel, very tidy, super attentive and accomodating staff. Food allergies we're taken care of by providing a small separate selection during breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of food, even during a brief period in which we we're the only guests. All in all one of our best hotel experiences during all of our journeys!โ

โWonderful stay! If you are having hot flashes and thereโs a heatwave, the air conditioning works, but you have to give it 30-45 minutes. The staff was THE BEST! So nice, kind, polite. The grounds were gorgeous. The pool is down the road, across the street from the hotel, but wow! It is tiered gardens, a view of the lake, breathtaking, and so quiet and peaceful. โI recently stayed at the property with my partner for three nights and we had an excellent time. The hotel is in a fantastic location and it is kept in pristine condition. The view from breakfast is certainly something that should be experienced. The parking next to the property is also a real bonus based on how difficult it can be to park in Malcesine. The owner, Marco, is a very proud and hospitable man who made us feel very welcome. I hope to return soon :-)โ
