โI stayed at Conchal on my first & last day in Costa Rica. The staff at Conchal are exceptional! They go above & beyond to ensure you're comfortable & well taken care of. They were also very flexible with check in times. The shuttle service to and from the airport was seamless & communication from the hotel was great. โWe stayed at Casa Chameleon in Costa Rica and absolutely loved our room. It was spotless, with super comfortable beds and pillows that made it easy to relax. โExpedia messed up by saying this was available when it wasn't--yikes! However, the gracious host, Stefan, went above and beyond by setting me up with a neighbor for the night and showed me a great local restaurant, Pacific Seafood, which was out of this world, then made a phenomenal breakfast in the morning!
While many hosts may have said they're sorry, it's Expedia's fault, which it was. However, at Antemo Lodge, Stefan stepped up and solved the problem by ensuring I was cared for.

โThe stay was great the personnel and the installations are so nice. The Breakfast is good, the pool outside the room is a plus. The access to the Beach Club adds an additional value.
The best is the personnel, in our case after the checkout we take a sunset catamaran tour and they let us to keep the car in their space and when come back they allow us to use the shower and give us towels and soap, thatโs their level or service.
