O hotel está em bom estado e tem uma localização excelente. Os quartos são grandes e comportam bem família com criança. Como boa parte dos hotéis em Copacabana, são prédios antigos e o encanamento faz muito barulho a noite. A brinquedoteca, que é um bom refúgio para as crianças no final do dia, ou em dias de chuva. A academia precisa de manutenção.

이파네마 해변 바로 앞 그리고 유명한 식당이 (garota de ipanema가 탄생한 식당) 한블럭 안에 있어요.15층 해변전망방에 묵었습니다. 전망은 정말 최고 였구요 루프트 탑에서 보는 파벨라의 야경도 잊을수가 없어요. 최고입니다.

The hotel is pretty, comfortable and clean. I was nervous when I booked because of other reviews but glad I picked Porto Bay. I didn’t have any issues with the water/shower/ toilet at all. The staff is AMAZING! They were all so nice, kind and helpful. It’s close to everything and you feel very safe because they have security outside the hotel. The food is DELICIOUS!!!! Lunch and dinner, everything was 10/10 my suggestion is to improve the breakfast menu/buffet since having the same food for breakfast everyday is not ideal and some mornings I had to eat out for breakfast since I got bored of the same options. I was able to get omelette made for me at my request so they are very helpful :) Suggestions: -Have a heater on the pool, water could be really cold and other hotels in the area have a heater. -Better chairs at the beach, the ones you have are not comfortable and such a nice hotel deserves better chairs -Add items on the breakfast menu/buffet, don’t serve the same everyday Other than that I would be back for sure to this place!!! And I already recommended to friends a family! Book this one! You won’t regret :)
