"Staff was very accommodating when we arrived with a special request. Hotel was clean and decorated beautifully for the Christmas holiday. Only down side was the rooms were a little small."

"Location was easily this hotels best feature. A short walk to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. Rooms were nice, good view comfortable beds. At 5am a hot shower is as a bit of a stretch but a slightly warm shower was ok. Really the only negative was the elevators. They took forever and each elevator goes to separate floors, it was weird but the long waits weren’t bad enough to drop it a star "

"Staff is amazing and very friendly, from the doorman assisting me getting my disabled brother through the door to Vanessa at check-in going above and beyond to get the room right. The front desk manager Michael was amazing and genuine in our conversation. I will be back for sure! "
