"Stayed: June 5–6, 2026 Location: Holiday Inn, 27891 Crown Lake Blvd, Bonita Springs, FL This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Holiday Inn, and I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn properties over the years. The building appeared run-down and had a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property, similar to urine. Both the hallways and the guest room smelled unclean, which made for a very uncomfortable stay. The breakfast selection was also very limited. What was especially concerning was observing a staff member handling bagels with her bare hands, without using gloves or utensils. This raised serious concerns about food handling and hygiene practices. Overall, it felt as though this property was operating well below the standards guests expect from the Holiday Inn brand. The condition of the hotel and the lack of attention to cleanliness and food safety were disappointing. To Holiday Inn Corporate: I believe you should be aware that your brand is being poorly represented at this location. This property does not reflect the quality, cleanliness, and professionalism that many travelers associate with Holiday Inn. I hope these concerns are addressed to improve the experience for future guests."

"The free breakfast was great. The room was nice, bigger than I expected. The pool area needs a refresher pool looks a little dingy. Overall a nice hotel for the price. I would stay again and I’d recommended staying there if you’re visiting the area."

"The room was clean, staff didn’t say might, we asked for pool towels but they didn’t give us any even though they had a really nice pool. BR was ok only hot items was waffles. WiFi was ok. My problem was no live person at front desk/ no hotel manager to check in with . It was all a person from India sitting at a screen waiting to talk to you. Lots of the check in and check out was on my cell phone texting. The man on the screen verified my info.I had to give them a copy of my drivers license and I had to step up to their web cam so they could verify it was me from my license photo I gave them via text. They printed off info about the hotel and we received 2 room keys that came from below the screen. Very impersonable. I was not impressed was a bit offended this hotel could not have a live in person manager to greet us."
