“I booked the hotel based on the photos - liked the decor - and the fact it is located downtown. I named the hotel "the robot hotel", because there are no humans present, no front desk, etc. You do everything digitally, and use your phone to register, open all doors - in/out/room, and text or call for any needed assistance. I'm not gonna lie, I was annoyed that there are no luggage carts and there are steps to get into the property. I was already assigned to a room, first floor, which I hate...

“This is a great hotel right in the heart of Main Street Grand Junction. You can walk to multiple restaurants from the hotel. The whole hotel was well maintained and very clean. The room was very clean and the pillows and bed comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also quiet at night. We were very impressed by the free breakfast. The food was great and the well stocked. The lovely lady was restocking the food and condiments as fast as you used them.”

“No coffee anywhere in the premises. Had to go to the gas station. Staff was not present. Room was clean, but smelled like bleach. No lid on the toilet. Had an irrational fear that I was going to drop something in the toilet. Shower was good.”

“The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in.”

“Super cute airstream trailer where we stayed during our UT/CO roadtrip. Very clean and seamless check in process even after hours. Lovely walking path down by the Colorado River. We were even able to use the grills to enjoy dinner.”

“Quite little apartment with enough room for two. Wish the curtains were blackout as the early morning sun was super bright. Otherwise it was a great spot close to the college. ”

“Room was clean, although there was dirt in the drawers and the weather striping on the door was broken so there was a 1"x 2" hole next to the door jam. Not a huge issue for me as there were no bushes outside close enough to attract snakes. Dogs are allowed. This was a huge plus since I travel with my dogs often. The dog yard is not fenced, and has turf. It is located in the breeze way between the rooms and the lobby. Small area, so only one customers dogs at a time especially if your dogs are...

“Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC was quiet. They have a great hot breakfast in addition to the regular choices.”

“The hotel is in a good location and the rooms were nice. We were a bit upset to discover the pool and hot tub were in need of repair and somewhat neglected in general. The outdoor pool was the main reason we chose this property.”

“The carpet had dust around the edges and corners that had not been cleaned in a long time, hard to even see out windows, landscaping in poor shape and we were on fourth floor with window to backside Property on this side had trash everywhere and pallets strewn about.”
