“As a hotel geared to convention business, the Spartanburg Marriott has an enormous number of well-designed event spaces, beautiful grounds, and an unusually large array of attractive indoor and outdoor gathering or "refuge" spaces. It's restaurant and bar areas are inviting and there are amenities one doesn't generally expect in a chain hotel. The maid service also was first rate. My room was quite comfortable and attractive, but I did have some quibbles. For a hotel that styles itself a 4-star...

“Everything about this hotel is GREAT!”

“Very clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the areas we wanted to visit. I must say that this hotel exceeded all of my expectations and we will stay there in the future.”

“the beds were Terrible. Sofa bed was not good at all. King Bed was not comfortable, pillows were terrible.”

“This stay was hands down one of the best experiences I have had staying in a hotel, which I do quite often.”

“slightly noisy near the highway but overall good place to stay, I would recommend this hotel, thanks .”

“The outside appearance and parking was less to be desired, but the room was clean and comfortable. The reason for a non excellent rating was the heatpump growled and burped all night long. Good place, easy check-in and no hassels for a quick overnight stop.”

“Great location and interior in darn good shape. Great value.”
