“Thank you so much to the manager of this Howard Johnson!! We accidentally left one of our car keys in the room and only realized it when we were already 3 hrs down the road. We called and he was so gracious to look and found them. He offered to mail them to us and followed through on the promise. We know we wouldn’t get this kind of service everywhere. Thank you thank you thank you for the 5 star service! We more than got our moneys worth even without this act of kindness.”
