"The staff from the front office to housekeeping was exceptional. The facility is an absolute disaster . Check in wasn't available until 6:00 due to understaffing. We PAID for a kitchenette. The stove top was nonfunctional, refrigerator minimally cooled, no coffee maker and no pots, pans or utensils. No USB to hookup the TV. I realize this wasn't a Ritz Carleton, but come on Motel 6 do better."

"Front office staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms in very nice condition, very clean, all appliances working fine. Couple things to note: you need to order breakfast the night before and they prepare it in a take-away bag (bagels, toast, boiled eggs, cereal etc). Also worth nothing for longer stay guests is that there is no regular room cleaning so make your own bed :)"
