"The staff was excellent. Check-in process with Faith, as the person helping us, was awesome. The property was well maintained. However, we had issues with our AC in our room. They did send someone and he worked on it for about an hour. It was just a little inconvenient. Valais parking is the only option available. It’s an additional $35 per night. Not having access to my vehicle without going through valet was a pain."

"Even though I showed up very late they reached out to me before they left for the day to give me instuctions on how to get in. I fond the beds and especially the pillows to be amazing and slept like a baby. I would defintely stay there again as I will be making a regular visit to Naples in the future."
