Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Riu Aquarelle has an amazing team! During my recent visit with my family, we all had a wonderful time. Every hotel staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and a joy to interact with throughout our stay. The entertainment was phenomena!!!! From the Michael Jackson Show to the History of Jamaica Show, the Rock and Roll Show, and the fun poolside activities. There was always something exciting to enjoy, and every member of our family found something they loved. A special thank you to Tiffani at breakfast, Munga, and the entire entertainment team for creating such a memorable experience. Your energy, professionalism, and dedication truly made our stay unforgettable. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the lighting in the 6th-floor hallway and ensure that the floors in that area are cleaned more regularly. I understand that many guests come and go throughout the day, but better maintenance of that hallway would be helpful. Overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would love to return in the future."

CocoLaPalm Seaside Resort
8/10 Good
"Had a wonderful stay here aside from a leaking roof one day that management didn't care about and we cleaned up the water ourselves. The bed was uncomfortable after the first few days but generally the room was great. Free continental breakfast in the morning was a bonus and with best in the west across the street and the on-site restaurant we managed dinners. Great beach, security, pools and friendly staff make this place what it is."

"All staff gave great service and made it feel like home"

Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Our experience is unique because we were there within days of a reopening after a hurricane because of that we experienced some disruptions and discomfort that will likely be ironed out once the staff is bonded and trained. The entertainment was off and there was almost NO poolside service besides maybe once per day. The water sports were great but that particular part of beach leaves much to be desired its rocky and shallow, like not even to your waist. If I had small kids though I would be grateful for the shallow water. The tubs on the balconies facing community space is odd though because I seen a man’s genitalia but again that’s not the resort just a guest."

Travellers Beach Resort
8/10 Good
"First Stay at Travellers Negril Had a really good first stay here. The place has a nice boutique vibe — modern, clean, and well-kept, which I loved. Location is spot on, close to the town centre and everything you need. Staff were great, always around when you needed them but not overbearing. Rooms are non‑smoking, which is fine, though the smoking area could definitely be better. Breakfast isn’t included, but here’s a tip: prepay it. I paid £57 for two people over three days, which worked out to about $12 USD each per day. Way cheaper than paying daily — the first day alone cost $37 USD for two. Overall, Travellers Negril gave me a comfy, modern stay with friendly service and a super convenient location. Would happily come back"

"Check in was horrible and lots off problems with my room"

Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"Mimi and Daniel were amazing! They both were great with guest interactions and provided a great experience at the rum tasting as well as other places we interacted. Our servers were all awesome as well as every entertainment act we saw. There were mixed experiences with hosts at restaurants. Walking around the resort every person was extremely friendly and would say hi or good morning or check in with how your stay is going. The check-in process was extremely difficult and disorganized the day we arrived although it appeared, there was a very large group of non-English speakers in front of us that seem to be the main holdup, but check-in process took over an hour. Because the hurricane happened somewhat recently, there were some issues with the elevator elevators. Air-conditioning and the ATM. Also special about out to the man working at the coffee shop I didn’t catch his name but he was helpful, friendly, and welcoming."

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"Wonderful staff - too many times to mention individually! The bar, restaurant and entertainment staff very helpful, accommodating and gave service with a smile. The dedicated guest relations team for Expedia customers was excellent with booking à la carte restaurants, arranging special requests, ensuring we got a ground floor room, and resolving one small issue. Bar in Miss Lou's coffee shop is hidden gem. Chef Jason in Sumptuori was amazing on the hibachi table and also made us a delicious off the menu sushi platter on our second time at Sumptuori. The landscaping staff will do their best to get you fresh coconut. The property is on a huge site with something to do for every age group. Yes the hotel suffered some damage from the hurricane and repairs are being undertaken but that didn't interfere or spoil our holiday."

Sunset at the Palms Resort - Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"This property is for those looking for a peaceful stay. Very small all inclusive resort with limited entertainment, but interesting amenities like a martini bar, coffee bar. The entire property is covered in beautifully maintained tropical foliage as you navigate to and from your room. The staff are very friendly and attentive and keep you smiling. You feel very welcome. The beach is stunning with only a short walk across the main road supported by guards. Water is warm, clear and shallow, and sand is white and very fine. Loungers are in abundance with some grass huts and large trees to provide shade. Large beachside bar and eating area with a limited menu of jerk chicken, nachos, hamburgers and hot dogs with fries, salad and onion rings. Servers are available for drinks and food at your lounger. Rooms are very much like elevated cabins, a little small by all inclusive standards but perfectly fine for couples.Nightime nature sounds were nice. Food is good, not great. As expected, smaller scale than bigger all inclusive but hot and fresh and always found something good to eat. Overall a very nice peaceful place to sit back and relax. A unique vacation spot."
