“The property was empty. No other guests. We left snorkel gear by the pool, and it was stolen. The receptionist made no attempt to even ask anyone about it when we told her. Service is non-existent. No paper in the washrooms. No one cleans dirty dishes by the pool. Host in the restaurant lying down while talking to guests, no attempt at any service. “Where should I even begin?😫 CONS: -No airport shuttle, even if you arrange it weeks before landing in Jamaica. The front desk girl, Oniesha, is ALWAYS moody, but the rest of the staff were approachable, helpful, and kind. -Do NOT expect towels in your room upon check-in. “Sehr sauber, sehr schöner Garten. Freundlich. Essen super - sehr guter Kaffee. Angenehme Umgebung - man wird auf der Strasse in Ruhe gelassen. Angemehme, friedliche Menschen, fühlten uns sicher und wohl. Auch ein paar einheimische Restaurants in der Nähe. Familiäre Stimmung im Jakes.
