Thanks for your review, it is common practice here is nz to take credit card details as security over the room. With regard to Air Con, you booked a Budget room and it clearly stated on the Expedia what was in the room. However the room had a fan, which was added and that this summer and has not been added as yet on Expedia. The showers go for 8 minutes not three so maybe you where not pressing them in correctly. I try not t be horrible about people, but you were really rude to use on arrival and we were only doing our jobs. good luck with the rest of you your stay in NZ and please check double check what you are booking.

Thanks for your comments, the WIFI is not great in this little town we are getting Fibre next year. With the amount of people the WIFI is there to get in touch with love ones and to check emails

Sorry this was not what you wanted, however this is what you booked, and the pictures for exactly what you got. Your should have booked a Motel and not private rooms with share facilities. |Please double check what you are booking
