"Room was spectacular! Great space, very clean, private, fully furnished. Customer service was great except at check-in. We interacted w 2 people at check-in. 1 was good but didn’t give a lot of information. Concierge was pushy and rude. Due to weather, we were unable to utilize the pools but they looked gorgeous, as did the property. Based on overall experience, I would stay again."

"Definitely not what I expected from a Ramada hotel property. It was more of a "short stay" motel type of rooms. After hours of going back and forth between Expedia and the Ramada staff, I was finally compensated to a better room at the "tower section" which actually has an elevator. In the other section of the property, you will be expected to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs if your room is on the second floor. I will never stay at this property again!"

"HOTEL WAS NICE. EMPLOYESS WERE FRIENDLY. LOCATION NOT GREAT. BUMS AND BEGGERS ALL OVER ASKING FOR HANDOUTS. PEOPLE SLEEPING ON THE SIDEWALKS. HAD TO PARK IN BACK BECAUSE THEY BOTHER YOU UP FRONT. HOTEL NEEDS TO REMOVE THOSE PEOPLE FROM THEIR PROPERTY. I WAS BY MYSELF SO I DIDNT MIND BUT IF I HAD MY FAMILY WITH, I WOULD NOT OF BEEN HAPPY"
