“Estava tudo bem ”

“When I got there to check-in they said they don't accept dogs. But the Expedia was saying they do accept dogs, it was written as "Pet Friendly". Once I showed this to them they said "we are pet friendly but not accepting animals!". I was very disappointed. Anyway, at the end they concede it. I think they already changed it in Expedia. The room was big enough and modern, was very nice! But few things should be improved as there was no chopping board and drying rack, more hangers etc. Eveything...

“O Sr. Joaquim foi extremamente simpático e explicou-nos tudo sobre a propriedade. Nesta existe um ribeiro e vários animais: cavalos, galinhas, pavões entre outros. É um local fantástico, onde é possivel passear no meio da natureza. O pequeno-almoço é excecional: pão caseiro acabado de cozer e bolo também caseiro. Adorámos.”

“The check in was tremendous. We arrived early ( early flight) and the staff made us feel welcome as we needed a rest. We were asleep by 11:30am! Weather was a little cool for enjoying the pool, but it looked inviting. We were served a glass of port before we retired that evening. And the complimentary breakfast was truly delicious! ”

“Overall everything was good. Its the little things like the site saying it has a bar fridge in every room, but they did not. Telling us that there are restaurants in the area, but they close between 5-7pm.”
