Excellent breakfast, staffs are great and very helpful We definitely comes back, such a pleasure staying at this hotel

Front of the hotel faces out onto Lincoln’s Inn Fields (park) and there is a lovely patio area to sit and drink coffee. There is a rear entrance/exit directly onto Kingsway with easy access to Covent Garden and the theatres. Staff can’t do enough to help and will certainly stay there again.

This was my second stay at this property. Was pleased with the service and location as before. The ease of transportation is amazing. If you are flying in to Gatwick you can train to within a block of the hotel (City Thameslink). Many options to tube close by as well. We will stay here again on our next trip to London.

Super efficient check in , excellent location -would certainly recommend it for short stay in the city .

Great experience! This is our go to hotel everytime we are in London (about 2x per year) Jake at the front desk was outstanding!!! I also want to thank Mathew the mgr as always we had a red carpet treatment
