“upon arrival i was presented with disgruntle staff and a lobby full of unsatisfied customers. the system was down so they werent able to check anyone into any rooms, when assigned a room it was with a key card so you had to leave your room unlocked or wedged open due to limited staff with master key cards for the rooms. property was recently renovated so its clean.”
