“Our night stay was okay in general. The room was clean etc. However, we were left disappointed when being charged an extortionate amount to use the washing facilities ($360 BR) when there was no mention of a charge. We have got in contact with the hotel to sort this privately, however there has been no response on the matter after multiple attempts to contact them.”
