"I couldn’t say enough great things about the IQ, mainly how incredible the staff was. My girlfriend and I were staying on property for her birthday and I wanted to surprise her with roses that morning. The staff made sure to have rose pedals waiting in the room upon check in, and then coordinated roses to be dropped off the morning of her birthday which made for the best surprise. Our room was amazing, exactly what we needed and always maintained. Overall, our stay was fantastic and if we find ourselves back in Italy, IQ is at the top of our list. "If you are happy with basic accommodation with a good size room, with lots of cupboards and drawers, in a great location, this may be for you. The free coffee and juice machines in the foyer mean you will never be without something to drink.Things to watch out for... staff who promise to always be there and are never spotted again, brick flooring leading to a slightly damp feel to anything left out of cupboards, mosquitos, a very tight fit to sit straight on the loo and wifi but no Internet. This meant we couldn't plan, or use the TV. And we couldn't speak with the staff!"
