"First rate hotel with a unique experience in being able to enjoy the “waters” of Bath within the hotel. Very conveniently located. The air conditioning in the room did not sufficiently cool the room on the 22C days we were there, but the windows opened, which helped."

"What a classy old world charm of a place. The ceilings are low so fair warning for anyone taller than 6ft - the details of the bath products and coffee and teas and biscuits in the room, the beds all high quality and so very comfy. Thank you for bringing us joy in the small things. "
