โFamily friendly hotel and the staff is accommodating, especially Kenyatta at the front desk. Kids loved the short walk to the beach and then afterward the pool and lazy river. โI stayed at this resort (July 2025), and it was wonderful. I requested a top floor and the receptionist was able to accommodate me last minute. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are amazing they are recently updated and had a washer/dryer and provided all the necessary amenities such as detergent, broom, mop, vacuum to keep the room clean. โClose to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy .
At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time .
A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful.
Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple.
