"Our deaf Uber driver got assaulted by a staff member after Uber driver didn’t hear him having a go due to being deaf… totally unacceptable. He beeped, then as the Uber was helping us get the suitcases into the car the staff member started shouting again the driver was deaf and he was French so we didn’t know he was shouting at us, then as the Uber driver tried to get back into car, the staff member grabbed the guy and another staff member had to run out of the hotel to pull him off the driver....

"The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The room we booked was quite small for two people with large luggage. The hotel did not have any luggage racks for our room so it was inconvenient having to put one luggage on a stool in the room and then take the luggage down and put the other luggage on the stool to take our clothes out.
The bathroom was small and only had two hooks to hang the hand and 2 bath towels. I recommend the hotel install more hooks for guests to hang their towels and...
