"I travel frequently and have stayed in renowned hotels worldwide. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I had to rent and pay for a microwave, parking was extra, and service was slow—room calls took an hour. At checkout, no help with luggage was offered. Compared to Hyatt and Hilton, this was disappointing. ..."
