Messed up my booking instead of a 6 bed premier lodge in front of all the animals I ended up with a 4 bed safari lodge right in the bottom of the valley due to incompetence from Virginie in reception. And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent.

“clean and good breakfast”

“Clean and spacious. We stayed over for one night while travelling south. The reception team were kind and welcoming even in the middle of the night. The hotel was clean and welcoming and we left the next day feeling there was more to come back and see.”
