“This was a fantastic stay. We just loved every detail. Gorgeous breakfast, afternoon tea, and the best hospitality.”

“Advertised as an apartment with breakfast included. But in reality is a chalet bedroom and ensuite. Breakfast was 2 mini yogurts in the fridge, a couple of tiny croissants and cereals. Beverages are DIY. Check in is via a member of staff behind the bar in the pub. Unresponsive to phone calls with the number provided prior to the stay where I attempted to know if there was possibility of an earlier check-in but since not being able to get through I had to check-in at the standard 3pm. “I enjoyed my stay but was disappointed with the limited choice at breakfast. Only cooked breakfast which I don't eat and no cereals, porridge or fruit etc.”

“The property was in a fairytale house in a magical location. All the little extra touches - such as bathrobes and slippers. daily complimentary water, chocolate etc - were truly the icing on the cake. The staff showed a real pride in working at the Castle and truly helped to set the atmosphere. Check-in and out were brilliant. The restaurant was superb with a jaw-dropping view of the Castle and sumptuous breakfast. If you think I seem enthusiastic it is because I am!”

“Die beiden Zimmer der Suite waren sehr schön, leider funktionierte in einem der beiden Räume die Deckenbeleuchtung nicht. Wir hatten das am ersten Abend gemeldet, ein Handwerker kam am späten Nachmittag des nächsten Tages. Es gab wohl einen Kurzschluss, wenn eine der Brunnen Nachttischlampen eingeschaltet wurde. Die Lösung: Die Lampe nicht mehr einschalten. Abgesehen davon waren nur für 2 Gäste Handtücher vorhanden (wir waren 4). Erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen bekamen wir die fehlenden...
