Superbe hôtel Très beau spa avec un super staff Restaurant japonais super également Cuisine en général est vraiment de qualité et à la hauteur des attentes. Propreté irréprochable Peut être que le service dans le restaurant wild cabin est un peu en dessous pour tant avec une grande équipe. Mais en général top

Guter Service, sehr schlechte Aussicht
Super Service, schönes Hotel, sehr Schade dass keines der Zimmer, keines der Restaurants, Pool, SPA eine Aussicht hat über die Bergen, die Betten sind SEHR unbequem und hart. Im grossen und ganzen sehr enttäuschend, würde nie mehr in dieses Hotel gehen.

Obwohl ich mich freude, dass unser Service zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit war, ich entschuldige mich dafür, dass die Aussicht und die Betten Ihnen nicht gefallen hat.Wir haben zwar ein spezielles Schlafprogramm mit besonderen Betten, aber die waren leider nicht nach Ihrem Geschmack.Ich hoffe, dass Sie der Marke Six Senses eine weitere Chance geben werden und in unseren anderen Häusern übernachten werden.Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

Six Sense la experience falls far short of expecta
Bad Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad. Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be. Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.
