"I’ve been to a number of excellent and 5* rated hotels and of all of them in the UK this has topped them all and across my travels this is one of the best.
The staff are absolutely amazing, world class service from the time you enter through the doors right until you check out.
The grill restaurant is top quality the food is absolutely amazing, the ambiance/astestics/scenery is beautiful and stunning to put into brief words.
The service upholds the 5* rating that this hotel receives. On our first night we dinned at the girl and a drink order was mistakenly given, not only did they sincerely apologied but clear the whole bill, prior to this even though the order was wrong we were happy to pay the full bill (which was not cheap) Devean and Kati who were waiting us demonstrated the art of customer service and just all round stand up ppl.
The room from the decor (something from a showroom decor display) to the cleanliness, and the special touches within, including the fresh and clean smell from the corridor may the entire stay every bit Worthing of the money and the travel to Manchester.
I will definitely be staying at this hotel again!"
