โThe Hornsbury Mill is a very charming hotel, set in beautiful grounds with a little lake. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the bed comfortable. I had the full English (vegan) breakfast and it was very tasty. The one complaint I had was that when the very charming old mill wheel is on and turning (which they switch off at 8pm), the noise made a constant thud in my room and bothered me a little. I assume it wonโt be too much of a bother though to most people, who would be in bed well...
โThe decor in reception was a little dated but the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.l and helpful. The rooms we had booked were nice and comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed the food. Breakfast had a good choice of hot food.โ
โProperty was very clean with little toiletries. Free breakfast included Subway sandwich and coffee from Greggs which was a really nice surprise:)โ
โThis is such a lovely hotel. Really welcoming staff, comfortable, quiet room and close to shops and eating places in Chard. The breakfast was so good, cooked to order, really can't fault anything. โ
โWhat an amazing place to stay! Close to many activities but at the same time a lovely quiet location. Very well equipped with lots of DVD choices, board games and everything you need to maintain your stay. The beds and bedding was my highlight one of the most comfortable beds Iโve slept in for years! Will definitely be back, thanks for having us.โ

The room was surprisingly large with a more than spacious bathroom and both really clean.
The adjoining pub/ restaurant had a really good atmosphere with a good range of beers. Staff were really nice friendly willing to help out wherever they can.
I strongly recommend booking a table as from what I could see the place is very popular and you do t want to miss out on trying the food! โ
โThe property is located on a site which includes a hotel and a group of small private homes. None of which is a negative. The area is very quiet, but you definitely need a car.
The surrounding area is sensationally beautiful and well worth a visit and we enjoyed our trips out very much.
The property itself was disappointing. It looked good on paper, but the moment we opened the front door, it was smelly.

L'hรดtel n'est pas moderne, mais trรจs confortable. Les chambres sont vraiment trรจs bien. Pour se garer, il y a un parking payant en journรฉe trรจs proche et trรจs pratique pour charger et dรฉcharger les affaires.
Le personnel est trรจs dynamique, sympathique,le petit dรฉjeuner trรจs copieux.
