“Resort was friendly and clean. The pools were nice. The beds are extremely hard and not comfortable to sleep on and the mixed alcohol options are extremely limited. The shower was very small and difficult to move around in. There was a lot of loud kids outside in the early morning which makes it hard for people to sleep who have jetlag.”

“Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. Anyway, the hotel is not new which is pretty noticeable. No elevators (even for 4th floor), room had some strange old smell and there was no WiFi signal in the room. “Excellent stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and well appointed with every amenity we needed, including a minibar. Housekeeping was thorough with daily service, and the staff was consistently professional and attentive. The included breakfast was a standout—an outstanding buffet with a wide variety of traditional Romanian dishes, beautifully presented and genuinely delicious. A true gem of a hotel.”
