"The hotel was fine for the amount of days we stayed. The only issue was the AC was controlled under a system that forced us to keep the window open which made it hard to sleep at night due to how much noise there was in Gran via. Overall the rooftop and staff was very friendly."

"Cons: Flooring had gaps in it, no side tables or luggage storage anywhere. Shower only had half a door and water was going everywhere. Clothes hooks are above the toilet which is unsanitary. Sink is not in the bathroom but rather next to the bed. Pros: good location, staff was friendly, 5th floor has a 24hr coffee station and fruit stand which is free. Staff leave croissants outside of door each morning which are good. Hotel held our luggage past checkout since our flight left at 7pm."

"This is a great hotel at a great location. It was very easy to move around walking and via the several metro stations nearby. The staff was very attentive, the breakfast buffet was excellent and the room amenities exceeded all expectations - Dyson hair dryer, Nespresso coffee, electric room darkening and lighting and comfortable bed. The gym and terrace were also nice perks."

"The hotel is nice; however, I was surprised to find that you cannot control the AC in your own room. The hotel controls the temperature for every room centrally. The rooms are quite small. While the staff was very nice when we arrived, those working when we left were less friendly, not rude, just different. I’d also suggest hotel adding a full-body mirror. "
