“Rooms are out dated and not clean ”

“The air conditioning wouldn’t work in the room and was reported twice and not repaired. A fan was supplied but that just blew the hot air around the room and was very noisy. I understand that problems occur, but this clearly wasn’t working before we were assigned the room. Finally no discount or future credit for the discomfort was offered. The staff were polite but didn’t seem inclined to solve the issue.”

“Plenty of parking, room nice and quiet. Mattresses were comfy but the single beds felt very narrow also the legs of the bed were angled out and because of the dark colour too, a few stubbed painful toes! Food was a bit on the pricey side £8 for a portion of sweet potato fries! Breakfast was nice, enough choice. And the shower was nice and powerful. ”

“Expedia listing did not say the room I booked was basically a basement prison cell without the benefit of a window. Horrible. No one answers the phone at this property. When you call the number on Google you get charged, even if you hang up the moment you hear the voice saying you’ll be charged. Car Park blocked by bad parker , despite telling the front desk, car did not move so I had to park off site. Never stay at any hotel managed by this chain for the sketchy phone system alone. I have...
